Ms. Sadlon has over 30 years of experience in Public Affairs, Communications, Government Affairs as well as many years of experience in wetland permitting, environmental impact review, and landscape architectural design. Positions held in her career include Executive Director of the New Jersey Green Industry Council, Environmental Specialist for the United States Golf Association, and the Department Head of Planning and Landscape Architecture at the Chester Partnership and PPE. Ms. Sadlon currently serves on the Board of Directors for the NJ Conserve Wildlife Foundation and NJ Junior Achievement. In her current role as Manager of Public Affairs, she oversees all internal and external communications and oversees the allocation of Phillips 66 -Bayway Refinery Philanthropy Budget.
