When and where will the conference be held?
The 2021 NJASLA VAM will be accessible through our dedicated website

How will the VAM work?
The 2021 NJASLA VAM will be hosted entirely online via a dedicated event web portal. Sessions will be conducted via Zoom. In order to qualify for CEUs, attendees must successfully answer 10 questions at the conclusion of the session.

When may I register for the conference?
Registration for the NJASLA VAM begins November 20, 2020

What do I need to attend the VAM?
A web browser (we recommend using Chrome on your desktop or laptop), an internet connection, and a desire to engage + learn!

When should we receive login instructions?
Registrants will receive login information closer to the dates of the online conference.

What time zone are the streamlined sessions shown?
All sessions in the program are listed in Eastern Standard Time, the local time in New Jersey.

How long will I have to access VAM replays and CEU quizzes?
Replays will be available through Sunday, February 7, 2021

How do I register for the online conference?

Are there discounts for educational institutions, nonprofits or government?
Pricing this year already reflects significant discounts for the annual conference as well as options to purchase single-day versus full conference registrations.

I am a presenter/speaker at the conference, what should I do?

I can no longer attend on January 31-February 2, what is the cancellation policy?
All pass purchases are final. As a registrant, you will have access to replays of the content through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, February 7, 2021.

I’ve secured a space in the Virtual EXPO but can no longer attend; what is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations for Virtual EXPO booths are possible through December 7, 2020 and must be made in writing to .

I can’t attend the full conference. Can I register for just one day or individual sessions?
Yes, the NJASLA 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting is offering individual daily registration for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. For more information, contact .

Continuing Education (CEUs)

What CEUs can I earn from attending the NJASLA VAM?
Sessions have been submitted for CEUs and CEU information will be published in the session descriptions.

Will CEUs be reported by NJASLA on my behalf?
NJASLA will file LACES on behalf of everyone who registers and fully attends the live webinars for which they register. You must actively be logged into the webinar for the full session on the date and time of the LIVE presentation. Individuals will also be required to pass a 10-question quiz for each individual webinar taken. The sessions are available until 2/7 to re-watch and the quiz may be retaken if the individual does not pass with a minimum of 80% on the first try. The NJASLA VAM will also offer ISA CEUs for two courses, for those who are approved. Individuals seeking AICP credits will need to sign-in at the outset of the webinar and then self-file via an AICP-supplied link following the event.
